WHAT IS GARBANZO’S REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you must notify us in writing or email within 14 days from delivery and thereafter return the product within 14 days of notifying us. Please note products must be unopened and undamaged for us to accept a return. We will refund your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE A SUBSCRIPTION ORDER?

Just send us an email by the 25th of the month either to cancel your subscription or change your order details. Once we have received your email we will send you a confirmation. We will not take any funds from your account and confirm this by return, if you wish to cancel a subscription.

HOW DO I MAKE A COMPLAINT?

If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, please let us know by email at complaints@garbanzosnacks.co.uk . We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.

HOW DO I ASK A QUESTION ABOUT THE PRODUCT?

We want to hear from you and have a customer service team ready to answer any question you may have. If you email your questions to info@garbanzosnacks.co.uk, we will answer you were possible within 24 hours.

ARE MY PAYMENT DETAILS SAFE?

Yes, we use a secure payment facility and after your purchase is complete we do not retain your financial details unless you have a secure log in through the Garbanzo website.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?

You should receive your order within 3 to 5 working days (excluding Sunday & Bank Holidays) through the Royal Mail. If you have not received your order within this time, please let us know by email and send us your order confirmation.

DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

Yes, we do require all customers to create an account before purchasing.
